All fascists are defined by xenophobia. All those who hate representatives of other ethnic groups are fascists. All those who are internationalists are also enemies of the fascists. All Communists have therefore sworn enemies of the fascists. This is a somewhat simplified view. Soviet or Communist stereotype. All fascists are conservatives. If there are certain types of conservatives who advocate the preservation of the old order, then the fascists believe in the state and their leader. This leader restores order after democracy. Consequently, the Democrats and liberals are also enemies of the fascists. Although liberals and democrats are the same conditionally rootless people. This is the same faction of marginals. But they have a head start of several generations. Their ancestors made a successful career or made a profit from the family business. You can call the liberals the bourgeoisie out of old habit, or you can call them the middle class, which is firmly on its feet. Every liberal has a big store or other business. If he is an intellectual, then a liberal has some privileges or merits. He is willing to tolerate other people’s opinions. In fact, he will not tolerate anything, he is just a hypocrite. The fascists include all small merchants, in any case, the ruined shopkeepers and the intellectuals reduced to poverty support any irritation. The real fascists put the coat of arms of the state on the banner. They believe that there are only thieves in the state apparatus and that the state is threatened by mobs of communists. The Communists are ready to take away all the property and transfer the profits to various loud and mismatched loafers. In the political dictionaries of Marxists, fascism is presented as an expression of bourgeois reaction. (By the theory of Revcon, the fascist is an older brother from a patriarchal family. Because the continuity between generations is visible).

All ordinary people become aggressive when the usual everyday calm is lost due to a crisis, defeat in a war, ruin, and disappointment. Of course, this is not the most affluent stratum of citizens. But this is just a layer of citizens, they begin to support any colonel who promises to restore order. Here, any populist agitator can raise their credibility if they promise to curb the crisis and punish those responsibly. Here, even a dictator with the rank of colonel is not necessary, a corporal is enough. His incendiary speech is important. All the aristocratic strata of their children are military, who from generation to generation considered it their duty to serve the monarch, then to serve the government and the nation. After all, it was the military class that was constantly making coups in Latin America. When, after the left-wing governments, there was always a systemic crisis: inflation was rising, production was falling, and the population was waiting for the next handouts. In such conditions, all the reform liberals of the entire 20th century went mad, shot a bullet in the forehead, they were lynched by a mob or overthrown by putschists. All leftists and progressives in Latin America did not rule for long, three years at most. Only in Uruguay and Argentina, thanks to a high degree of positive migration, that is, the government welcomed the migration, it was possible to do something in a calm environment. In the first third of the 20th century, it was so. Until 1930, the reforms continued until the crisis raged all over the world. But this was enough for another junta or a general or a group of generals to create a reactionary regime for many decades. Catholic Latin America has always shown a tendency to conservatism and, at the same time, to left-wing radicalism. (Brothers, brothers everywhere. In traditional families, enough siblings are born to maintain family traditions out of habit). On the other hand, family traditions, cronyism, and therefore the inevitable corruption have always given rise to agitation by communists and liberals. In order for there to be a turn towards a military dictatorship (or, in our opinion, the coming to power of the older brothers), several conditions are necessary.
