This book is an adopted edition of the author’s third book ″Digital Currency and Mining: Regulation″, published in the Russian Federation. The book comprehensively addresses the issues of legal regulation of digital currency: legal status, circulation of digital currency, existing prohibitions and restrictions. There is no term «cryptocurrency» in the Russian law. There is a special term «digital currency» for cryptocurrencies.
