All across Russia, forty thousand pharmaceutical company employees work to persuade doctors to prescribe their particular drugs and lay siege to pharmacy fortresses to win orders. Pharma reps are the living link between clinical practice and the pharmaceutical industry. Yet society still hasn't decided whether to curse pharma reps for their work or praise them.
