What makes pain occur in the body? When you are nervous, you get pain in your stomach, right? Could other feelings create pain in other parts of the body? This was the starting point for the author's extraordinary journey into her psyche and body. At an early stage in the process, she discovered how important it is to accept oneself the way we are. It led her to accept and forgive all her negative feelings as well, even those she had suppressed. It was a fantastic door opener to a way of working with oneself that gave great insights.
