BLOODY BULL
Fill a mixixng glass with ice.
2 oz Vodka or Peppered Vodka
1 oz Beef Bouillon
1 tsp Horseradish
3 dashes of Tabasco Sauce
3 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
Dash of fresh Lime Juice
3 dashes of Celery Salt
3 dashes of Pepper
1 oz Clam Juice (optional)
Dash of Sherry (optional)
Fill with Tomato Juice
Pour from one glass to another until mixed.
Garnish with lemon and/or lime, celery and/or cucumber,
and/or coctail’s shrimp.
BLOODY CAESAR
Fill a mixing glass with ice.
2 oz Vodka or Pepperd Vodka
1 tsp Horseradish
3 dashes of Tabasco Sauce
3 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
Dash of fresh Lime Juice
3 dashes of Celery Salt
3 dashes of Pepper
Dash of Sherry (optional)
1 tsp Dijon Mustard (optional)
Fill with equal parts tomato and clam juice.
Pour from one glass to another until mixed.
Garnish with lemon and/or lime, celery and/or cucumber,
and/or coctail’s shrimp.

3 dashes of Soy Sauce
Dash of Sweetened Lime Juice
3 dashes of White Pepper
1 oz Oyster Liqueur or Juice (optional)
Pinch Dry Chinese Mustard (optional)
Fill with tomato juice.
Garnish with lemon and/or lime, celery and/or cucumber,
and/or coctail’s shrimp.
BLOODY MARY

BLODDY MARY SHOOTERS (12—16 shots)
This will make 12—16 shots, you can half or double this recipe
(if needed).
In a pitcher or blender mix:
12 oz Tomato Juice
2 tsp Horseradish
6 dashes of Tabasco Sauce
6 dashws of Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 oz fresh Lime Juice
6 dsahes of Celery Salt
6 dashes of Pepper
2 oz Clam Juice (optional)
1/2 oz of Shery (optional)
2 tsp Dijon Mustard (optional)
Line up needed shot glasses and fill half way with Vodka,
add 1»’cube of Coctail’s Shrimp or Crab Meat, or
Lobster Meat or Oyster.
Top with Bloody Mary Mix.
