Shake.
Pour into short glass or strain into chilled glass.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

BRANDY ALEXANDER (frozen)
In blender:
1/2 cup of ice.
1 1/2 oz Brandy
1/2 oz Dark Creme de Cacao
Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream.
Blend until smooth.
if too thick, add milk or cream…
if too thin, add ice or ice cream…
Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

BRANDY ALMOND MOCHA
1 oz Brandy
1 oz Amaretto
Fill with equal parts hot chocolate and hot coffee.
Stir.
Top with whipped cream.
Sprinkle with shaved almonds.
BRANDY GUMP
In a mixing glass:
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 oz fresh Lemon Juice
Muddle/mix.
Fill with ice.
2 oz Brandy
Dash of Grenadine.
Shake.
Serve or strain into chilled glass.
Garnish with orange and cherry.

BRANDY HUMMER (frozen)
In blender:
1/2 cup of ice.
1 oz Brandy
1 oz Coffee Liqueur
Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
Blend until smooth.
if too thick, add milk or cream…
if too thin, add ice or ice cream…
Garnish with cherry.

BRANDY MILK PUNCH
In a serving glass:
2 oz Brandy
1 tsp Sugar or Sugar Syrup
Fill with milk or cream.
Shake.

BRASS MONKEY
Fill a serving tall glass with ice.
1 oz Vodka or Citrus Vodka
1 oz Rum or Citrus Rum
Fill with orange juice.
Garnish with orange.

BRASS MONKEY 2
Fill a serving tall glass 3/4 with Malt Liqueur
Fill the remainder with orange juice.
NOTE: Street drinks often made in juice cartons

BULL
Fill a mixing glass with ice.
1 1/2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur
Stir.
Strain into shot glass.

BRAVE COW
Fill a short glass with ice.
3 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur.
Stir.
Serve or strain into chilled glass.

BRAZILIAN COFFEE
3/4 oz Coffee Liqueur
3/4 oz Brandy
3/4 oz Orange Liqueur
Fill with hot black coffee.
Top with whipped cream.
Sprinkle with brown sugar on top.

BRAZILIAN COFFEE 2
In blender:
1 cup of ice.
2 oz Cachaca or Pinga
Dash of Cream
1 tsp Sugar
Double Espresso or Cup of drip Coffee.
Blend until smooth.
Top with whipped cream.
Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
BRIGHTON PUNCH
Fill a servingtall glass with ice.
3/4 oz Brandy
3/4 oz benedictine
