1. Pork legs 4 pieces

2. Veal 500 grams

3. Pork broth 4 liters

4. Salt for minced meat 20 grams

5. Nutmeg 1 gram

6. Sugar 1 tablespoon

7. Lemon zest 1 tablespoon

8. Marjoram 2 grams

9. Bay leaf 2 leaves

10. Mustard 1 tablespoon

11. Thyme 1 tablespoon

12. Black pepper, white to taste

13. Broth salt 4 tablespoons

Preparation:

1. Take a pork leg and separate the skin from the pulp. We do this with all 4 legs.

2. Then separate the pulp from the bone. We do the same with other legs.

3. Scroll pork and beef pulp through a meat grinder

4. Add all seasonings and salt to the minced meat

5. Stuff the minced meat into the skin from the pork leg

6. Sew up the resulting sausage with threads.

7. Cook the stuffed legs in a saucepan for 2.5 hours

8. Then cool, remove the threads, cut the sausage into slices

9. Serve with beans, lentils or vegetables.

Ukrainians – kutia (what brings prosperity)

Ingredients:

1. Wheat groats 1 glass

2. Poppy half a glass

3. Walnuts 1 cup

4. Raisins half a glass

5. Honey to taste

Preparation:

1. Soak wheat grits in water for 5 hours

2. After that, pour the cereals into a saucepan, add 2 cups of water and cook over low heat for 1.5 hours

3. Pour boiling water over the poppy seeds

4. Then grind the poppy seeds in a food processor

5. Dried apricots, raisins, pour boiling water over, then cut them into small pieces

6. Crumble the walnuts into pieces

7. Melt honey in a water bath

8. Add all the ingredients to the cooked cereal and mix gently

Ingredients:

1. Minced meat 400 grams

2. Fresh dill 200 grams

3. Bow 1 head

4. Fresh ginger 50 grams

5. Wheat flour 2 cups

6. Starch1/3 cup

7. Cold water 1 glass
