Mango-almond smoothie
Ingredients:
1 ripe mango
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
Ice to taste
Some chopped almonds for garnish
Instructions:
Start by peeling the mango and cutting it into pieces. Place the mango pieces in a blender.
Add a glass of almond milk and a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup to a blender to sweeten the smoothie. Honey can be replaced with any other sweetener of your choice.
Close the blender lid and blend all ingredients into a creamy milkshake. If desired, add some ice to cool the drink.
Once all the ingredients are well mixed, pour the mango-almond smoothie into glasses.
Sprinkle the finished cocktail with chopped almonds for decoration.

Ingredients:
1 ripe guava
Pulp from 2 mararacuis
1 glass of milk

4—5 ice cubes
Chocolate chips and mararacuja pulp for decoration

Preparation of ingredients:
Peel the guava, remove the seeds and cut it into pieces.
Cut the mararacuis in half and place the pulp in a blender.
Mixing:
Add guava pieces, milk, sugar, vanilla extract and ice to a blender.
Then turn off the blender and blend all ingredients until smooth.
Pour the shake into the glass.
Decorate the shake with mararacua pulp and chocolate chips.
Completion:
Serve the shake with a straw or spoon.
