The negative sentences

Everything is not quite all right.

This is not our friend.

It is not reasonable.

It’s not a reasonable decision.

It’s not sensible (разумный).

The room (номер) is not comfortable (удобный, комфортабельный).

He is not 7 years of age (Ему не семь лет).

She is not 8.
