From a really working enterprise, many “important” people are feeding, whose “salary” sometimes exceeds the amount of payments to all workers. The only thing I can see is the transition to a well-established US, very transparent and humane taxation system. Local officials and tax officials would be happy to prove that it is not functional in principle (because everything is too simple and pleasant, etc.), but, in fact, it works.
