Cups (Hearts) are emotions, feelings, memories.

Accordingly, the King of Cups is the Conductor of feelings, emotions or memories, regulating their Power.

In the Material world, he may symbolize, for example, a famous pop star, a bard, a comedian, a clown, a toastmaster, an educator.

In the sphere of memories, the King of Cups may be expressed by formative ethical or spiritual imperatives. Such as, for instance: patriotism, nationalism, humanism, etc.

True story.

An animal shelter somewhere in the Sumy region.

A car pulls up, a lady steps out and says:

Probably, the owners abandoned it, so it looked kind of lonely and sad and, understandably, a tad bit aggressive. Such a pity, you know. I chased the poor thing in the field for a long while. Barely managed to catch it. Take it into your shelter, please. Maybe someone will want to adopt it.

The vet opens the car and freaks out – sitting on the back seat is… A WOLF. An actual wolf. Gray. Seasoned, world-weary. With the same freaked out look in its eyes as the vet…

A woman. With her bare hands. In the field?! Caught a wolf and stuffed it into her car!!! Because it looked a bit sad and lonely to her!!!
