Fill with Ginger Ale.
APPLE JOLL-E RANCHER
Fill a serving tall glass with ice.
1 1/2 oz Vodka or Citrus Vodka
1/2 oz Sour Apple Schnapps
2 oz Sour Mix.
Shake.
Fill with lemon-lime soda.
APPLE MARGARITA (frozen)
In blender:
1 cup of ice
1 oz Tequila
1 oz Apple Brandy
2 tbsp Applesauce or puree
1 oz Sour Mix
Blend until smooth.
if too thick, add applesauce or sour mix…
if too thin, add ice…
Rim glass with cinnamon and sugar.
Garnish with lime.
APPLE MARTINI (martini glass)
Fill a mixing glass with ice.
Dash of Dry Vermouth or
Apple Liqueur (optional)
4 oz Apple Vodka
Stir.
Strain into chilled glass or pour contents (with ice)
into short glass.
Garnish with apple slice.
APPLE MARTINI 2 (martini glass)
Fill mixing glass with ice.
1/2 oz Orange Liqueur
1/2 oz Sour Apple Liqueur
3 oz Vodka
Dash of Cognac or Brandy.
Shake.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish with lime.

Fill a mixing glass with ice.
1 oz Apple Brandy or Liqueur (not sour)
3 oz American Wiskey
Dash of Sweet Cider or AppleJjuice (optional)

Shake.
Strain into chilled glass.
Garnish with cherry or lemon twist.
APPLE PIE
Fill a mixing glass.
1 1/2 oz Vodka or Apple Vodka
1/2 oz Apple Cider or Apple Juice
Strain into chilled glass.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
APPLE PIE (floater)
3/4 oz Apple Brandy (bottom)
3/4 oz Cinnamon Schnapps
3/4 oz Irish Cream (top)
APPLE POLISHER
2 oz Southern Comfort
Fill with HOT Apple Cider.
Garnish with cinnamon stick.
APRES SKI
Fill a short glass with ice.
1 oz Peppermint Schnapps
1 oz Coffe Liqueur
1 oz White Creme de Cacao.
Shake.
APRES SKI 2
1 oz Brandy
1 oz Apple Brandy
Fill wit HOT Apple Cider.
Garnish with cinnamon stick.
APRICOT SOUR
Fill a serving tall glass with ice.
2 oz Apricot Brandy
Fill with Sour Mix.
Shake.
Garnish with orange and cherry.
Strain into chilled glass.
ARIZONA LIMONADE
In a mixing glass:
2 tsp Powdered Sugar
2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Muddle/mix.
Fill glass with ice.
2 oz Tequila
Fill with Ginger Ale.
