BACK IN BLACK
Fill a servingtall glass with ice.
1 1/2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Orange Liqueur
Fill with cola.
Garnish with lime.
BAHAMA MAMA
Fill a mixing glass with ice.
1 oz Light Rum
1 oz Dark Rum
1 oz Amber Rum
2 oz Sour Mix
2 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Pineapple Juice
Shake.
Put dash of Grenadine in second mixing glass and
fill with mixture.
Garnish with orange and cherry.
Stir.
Garnish with lime
BAHAMA MAMA 2
Fill a serving tall glass with ice.
1 oz Light Rum
1 oz Coconut Rum
1 oz Amaretto
Dash of Grenadine.
Fill with equal parts orange and pineapple juice.
Stir.
Garnish with lime
BAHAMA MAMA 3
Fill a serving tall glass with ice.
1 oz Light Rum
Fill with pineapple juice leaving 1/2 inch from the top.
Shake.
Top with 1/2 oz 151-proof Rum and 1/2 oz Dark Rum.
Stir.
BAILEYS AND COFFEE
2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
Fill with HOT black coffee.
Top with whipped cream.
BAJITO
In a serving glass.
2 Lime Wedges
3 to 10 Basil leaves
1 tsp Sugar
2 to 4 Dashes of Angostura Bitters (optional)
Muddle.
Fill glass with ice.
Add 2 oz Light Rum
Dash of Soda Water.
Garnish with lime and basil.
BAJA MARGARITA
Fill a mixing glass with ice.
1 1/2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Banana Liqueur
Dash of sweetened Lime Juice
3 oz Sour Mix
Dash of Orange Juice (optional).
Shake.
Rab rim of second glass with lime and dip into kosher salt.
Pour contents (with ice) or strain into salted serving glass.
Garnish with lime.
BALALAIKA
Fill a mixing glass with ice.
1 1/2 oz Vodka or Citrus Vodka
1/2 oz Triple Sec
2 oz Sour Mix
Shake.
Strain into chilled glass.
Garnish with lime.
BALI HAI
Fill a serving glass with ice.
1 oz Gin
1 oz Rum
Dash of Amaretto
Fill with Sour Mix, leaving
1/2 inch from top.
Shake.
Top with Champagne.
Garnish with lime.

Fill a serving tall glass with ice.
1/2 oz Vodka or Citrus Vodka
1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Rum
1/2 Triple Sec
1 oz Sour Mix
Dash of Grenadine.
Shake.
