– 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice
– 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation:
1. Cut the avocado into cubes. Peel the shrimp and fry in a frying pan.
2. Slice the red onion and cucumber into thin strips. Finely chop the cilantro and mint.
3. Place chopped vegetables and shrimp.
4. Add cilantro, mint and pine nuts.
5. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, mustard.
6. Stir until the dressing evenly coats the ingredients.

– 2 grapefruits
– 2 avocados
– 1 head of red onion
– 50 g walnuts
– 1 bunch of fresh cilantro
