Peel and cut bananas, kiwi, apple and pear into small pieces. Add them to the bowl with the pineapple.

Peel the orange and lime, remove the seeds, and cut them into slices. Squeeze the juice from the remaining parts of the fruit and add it to the bowl.

Add fresh mint, sugar and lemon juice to the fruit. Stir thoroughly to coat the fruit in the sugar and mint.

Place the salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes so that the fruit is saturated with juice and mint aroma.

Before serving, carefully toss the salad, garnish with fresh mint and serve.

Avocado and grapefruit fruit salad

Ingredients:

2 avocados
2 grapefruits
1 red onion
1 handful of parsley
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Start by preparing your ingredients. Peel and pit the avocado, then cut it into cubes.

Also peel the grapefruits and remove the white membrane and cut them into slices.

Cut the red onion into thin half rings. If you don’t like it too spicy, soak it in cold water

for 10—15 minutes, then rinse and dry.

Finally, finely chop the parsley.

In a large bowl, combine avocado, grapefruit, red onion and parsley.

In a separate bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.

Pour the sauce over the salad and gently toss to coat all ingredients evenly.

Salad ready! Serve immediately to prevent the avocado from browning.

Fruit salad with rose hips and cranberries

Ingredients:

1 large pomegranate
2 large apples
1 large pear
1 cup fresh cranberries
2 cups fresh rose hips
1 lemon
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions:

Peel the pomegranate, remove the seeds and place them in a large bowl.

Cut the apples and pear into cubes and add to the pomegranate.

Wash the cranberries and rose hips thoroughly, then add them to the bowl.

Squeeze the juice from the lemon and add it to the bowl along with the honey and cinnamon.

Gently toss the ingredients until the fruit is evenly coated with the honey and lemon juice.

Sprinkle with chopped walnuts before serving.

This fruit salad with rose hips and cranberries will be a great addition to your breakfast or afternoon snack. It is rich in vitamins and antioxidants, ideal for a healthy diet.

Fruit salad with mango and banana stick

Ingredients:

2 ripe mangoes

4 ripe bananas

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons honey

1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries – your choice)

1/2 cup chopped almonds or cashews

Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Peel and cut the mangoes and bananas into pieces.

Place mangoes and bananas in a large bowl.
